OxyFit ships across the United Kingdom from our warehouse in London. We aim to make delivery fast, reliable, and transparent.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 pm on business days are usually dispatched the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).

Order Tracking

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the link in your dispatch confirmation email, or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at support@oxyfitus.shop and we will investigate.

Delivery Issues

  • Missed delivery: The carrier will usually leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions.

  • Parcel not received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

  • Damaged in transit: Please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@oxyfitus.shop. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
